1. Using This Website

Use this website lawfully. Do not try to damage it, gain unauthorized access, or copy its content for commercial use.

2. Website Information

We try to keep information accurate, but products, specifications and availability may change without notice.

3. Quotations and Prices

Quotations are valid for the period stated on them. Prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees unless stated otherwise, and may change because of supplier costs or exchange rates.

4. Orders and Payment

An order is confirmed when we accept it in writing. Payment terms are stated on your quotation or invoice.

5. Delivery and Installation

Delivery and installation dates are estimates. You must give us safe access to the site, and suitable power and network connections where required.

6. Warranty

Warranty periods are stated on your invoice. Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, power surges or unauthorized repair.

7. Returns

Returns are accepted only under the conditions we state at purchase. Software licenses and special-order items are generally non-refundable once delivered, unless the law requires otherwise.

8. Software and Intellectual Property

Software licenses follow the publisher’s terms. Ownership of custom software is set out in your project agreement. Website content belongs to EGOLK, and third-party brand names belong to their owners.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, EGOLK is not liable for indirect loss, such as lost profit or lost data. Please keep regular backups.
